The mission of Sweetwater Care is to empower and improve the lives of individuals with special needs. Through our ability to compassionately and cohesively coordinate and provide services such as respite, habilitation, and attendant care, as well as an adult day program, wellness care and employment training, every aspect of every need is addressed.
